Community Leader, Cultural Specialist and Social Justice Advocate, Seblework (Seble) Tadesse in the Manager and Director of South Community Hub Inc. and lead project worker on the Family Violence Prevention Project.

An experienced Senior Case Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the individual and family services industry. Skilled in Cultural Diversity, Customer Service, Creativity Skills, Public Speaking and social media. Strong community and social services professional over more than 10 years.

Kirsty Diallo

Mrs Kirsty Diallo is a Social Worker with over 20 years experience working in multicultural, trauma and forensic settings.  In addition to a Bachelor of Social Work, and a Bachelor of Arts (Rural Social Welfare) she also has a Masters in International Development.  

​

Kirsty is currently working as a Senior Mental Health Clinician at Queensland Transcultural Mental Health Centre, in a Forensic focused role.  She is passionate about social justice, and challenging systems that create inequity for multicultural communities, particularly as it relates to the criminal justice system.

Chelsea Baker

Deputy Chairperson 

Chelsea works with multidisciplinary teams to strategize, deliver and measure outcomes across ranging social impact projects. Working in short to long-term projects in regional and urban planning, organisational development and social services sectors.  
 

Chelsea demonstrates project management and leadership skills that foster cohesion and motivation in teams to meet shared objectives.  Presenting with industry experience spanning human services, education, vocational training, and social impact business. 

A community development expert Chelsea’s portfolio demonstrates the capacity to design research-based and responsive educational and culturally transformative programs, events & experiences.

 

Chelsea has extensive experience working with intercultural and diverse social inclusion groups offering responsive services, programs & events that empower community capacity & individuals through strength-based, trauma-informed frameworks. 

Chelsea offers professional industry awareness, networks, and knowledge necessary for businesses and organisations to adapt to social and cultural development challenges at consumer, stakeholder & institutional perspectives.
